This question came in recently on my facebook page.
“Thinking things through and examining them from all sides are important aspects of who you are. You do not jump to conclusions, and you rely only on solid evidence to make your decisions. You are able to change your mind.”
Over the years, one of my favourite self-discovery tools is the VIA Survey of Character Strengths test at Authentic Happiness. (all their stuff is great.)
When you go to the site, you’ll find it in the centre, about halfway down the page in the Engagement Questionnaires section.

The message is simple and yet not easy to live: no matter what, don’t give up on yourself and your dreams. Use adversity as a stepping stone, approach it as an opportunity to learn, grow and move forward.
